Who we are looking for
1. Responsible for assessing and managing credit risk for clients and ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships.
2. Analyzing financial data, assessing loan applications and ensuring compliance with lending policies. This
role is key in supporting the growth and quality of a financial institution's loan portfolio.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Credit Assessment: Evaluate loan applications by reviewing financial information, credit
history, and risk factors to determine eligibility.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
by understanding their needs and providing appropriate financial solutions.
3. Portfolio Management and Monitoring :Manage the credit portfolio to ensure the timely
repayment of loans and to mitigate delinquency rates.
4. Loan Documentation: Ensure accurate and complete loan documentation in compliance
with regulatory standards and internal policies.
5. Risk Analysis and Mitigation: Identify potential risks in credit applications and
recommend actions to mitigate those risks.
6. Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly credit portfolio performance, loan
disbursements, and delinquency for Supervisor.
7. Policy Compliance: Ensure that all credit operations comply with institutional policies,
banking regulations, and risk management standards.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor’s degree, HND or Diploma in Finance, Banking, Economics, or related field.
2. Previous experience in credit relationship management or financial analysis (entry level
may apply).
3. Fluent in both written and spoken language relevant to the region.
4. Must have strong relationship-building skills to engage clients effectively.
